Instructions
  1. In a cooker, cook the mini potatoes with steam for 8 min
  2. Add the asparagus previously cut in 3-4 pieces and continue cooking until the asparagus is softened but still a bit crunchy.
  3. Remove from heat, add the finely chopped garlic clove and allow to cool.
  4. Cut the pepper into large cubes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil and Chia seeds and set aside until the chia is softened.
  6. Wash the sunflower sprouts and drain well.
  7. In the salad bowl, mix all the ingredients.
