Instructions
  1. Slice your smoked salmon to the thickness of your choice
  2. Wash your fruits and vegetables and cut the pineapple
  3. In a salad bowl, add the spinach, rocket and chopped shallot
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with lime juice and orange juice, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then set aside
  5. In a nonstick frying pan, heat a few drops of the oil and add the cherry tomatoes. Cook over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes (Stop cooking if you notice that the skin is cracking)
  6. Remove the tomatoes from the hot pan and set aside
  7. Pour the olive oil and the juice into a salad bowl and mix well
  8. Place the salad on the plates and simply put all the other ingredients on top and finish with Salmond and some cheese flakes
  9. Garnish with basil and a piece of lime
