Instructions
  1. In a kettle, bring the water to a boil

  6. During this time, take an orange, with your microplane or grater to get the zest.
  7. Squeeze the juice of the same orange and set aside in a bowl with the zest
  8. Peel the second orange, cut into pieces and set aside
  9. Chop thai chili, coriander and parsley
  10. Now your quinoa should be almost cooked.
  11. Add orange juice and zest to your quinoa and cook uncovered for about 5 minutes, mix, season with salt and pepper
  12. Put the quinoa in a serving bowl, let it cool for about 5-6 minutes
  13. Garnish with orange pieces, Thai pepper, coriander and parsley
