Instructions
  1. In a bowl, thaw shrimp in cold water
  2. Meanwhile, cut carrots and celery into sticks
  3. Cut pepper and broccoli into pieces
  4. Cut the parsnips into cubes
  5. Mince the shallot
  6. Chop ginger and coriander
  7. Stir shrimp and wipe
  8. In a sauteed saucepan, put the oil and heat over a few minutes
  9. First put the carrots in the sauté pan and cover for 3 minutes.
  10. Then put the vegetables, ginger and shrimp
  11. Sprinkle with lime juice, soy sauce, chilli sauce, mix with a spatula and cover for 7 min (sauté occasionally)
  12. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes
  13. Put in the plates and decorate with cilantro
